What to expect when you get in touch — turnaround, what we'll need from you, and what arrives at hand-over.

  • How quickly will I get a quote after I get in touch?
    First response is usually same-day during business hours. A site visit is typically booked within the same week, and the written quote follows within 5 working days of the visit.
  • Do you charge for site visits?
    No. Site visits are free. Mussi inspects the substrate, slope, drainage, and the condition of any existing membrane, then talks through the options with you on the day.
  • What information should I have ready?
    Helpful but not required: building address, approximate roof area (sqm), current roof type (timber-framed plywood, concrete deck), whether there's existing membrane and how old it is, photos of any leak or damage areas, and any architect's drawings if it's a new-build or major reroof.
  • Can I book a meeting directly without calling first?
    Yes. The fastest way to lock in a site visit is to use the 'Schedule a meeting with us' button on the website — it opens a Calendly booking widget straight into Mussi's calendar. You can also phone, email, or use the contact form.
  • What documentation do I receive at hand-over?
    A Producer Statement (PS3) for the waterproofing work, the manufacturer's system warranty (15 or 20 years), the MRS 5-year workmanship warranty in writing, a maintenance schedule, and photo records of substrate prep, flashings, upstands, and flood-test results.
